Play for Earth – Terms of Use

Welcome to Play for Earth. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Play for Earth, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

To use Play for Earth, you must be at least 13 years old. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (such as photos or action reports), you:

• Retain ownership of your content.

• Grant Play for Earth a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and share your content for promotional and reporting purposes.
  
  

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Points, Badges & Rewards

• Points, badges, and rewards earned on the Platform are for engagement purposes only and hold no monetary value unless explicitly stated.

• Rewards are subject to availability and may change or be discontinued without notice.

• Play for Earth reserves the right to review and revoke points in cases of fraud, manipulation, or misuse.
  
  

6. Gifts, Rewards & Third-Party Products

From time to time, Play for Earth may offer physical or digital rewards in collaboration with partner organizations.

Please note:

• Play for Earth is not responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, or timely delivery of products or services offered by third-party partners.

• Any complaints, warranty claims, or customer service issues must be directed to the relevant supplier.

• Reward availability is not guaranteed and may be limited in quantity or geography.
  
  

7. Data and Privacy

We collect user data — such as photos, geolocation, timestamps, and activity — to:

• Verify sustainable actions

• Provide impact tracking and reports

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
