Questions about
Play for Earth
Everything you need to know about how the platform works, who it’s for, and how to get started.
The Platform
Play for Earth is a circular economy operating system that activates existing FMCG field agents and sales reps to verify real-world EPR compliance actions — photo by photo, visit by visit. No new headcount, no new infrastructure required.
We verify actions like packaging returns, collection point setup, reuse and refill setups, cold-chain compliance, on-site ESG practices, and EPR-related recovery activities. Each action is verified via timestamped photo, GPS geo-tag, and behavioral data.
Neither. Play for Earth is an execution and verification layer. It doesn’t replace ESG reporting software or external audits — it provides the verified field evidence those systems need. Think of it as the missing proof layer between commitment and report.
No. The platform runs entirely through smartphones already carried by field agents. No sensors, no IoT devices, no new equipment. This is a core design principle: we work with what already exists in your distribution network.
Who It’s For
Primarily FMCG companies, bottlers, and distributors who need verified EPR compliance and Scope 3 emissions data. Also NGOs, foundations, and development programmes that need field execution infrastructure for circular economy or sustainability programmes.
We’re active in Vietnam (20,000+ verified field actions logged — independent verification in progress) and Africa — Kenya is our headquarters market. We’re tracking EPR regulatory rollouts in Tanzania, Malaysia, and Thailand as entry signals.
Yes. The platform suits any organisation running distributed field programmes that require verified action data — NGOs, public programmes, and development funders included.
Getting Started
A scoped feasibility assessment: one use case, one territory, clear output. We map your existing field infrastructure against the platform’s verification logic and deliver a concrete picture of what proof you could generate — and how fast. No commitment required. Request yours →
A standard territory onboarding takes 4–6 weeks: field agent configuration, verification logic setup, dashboard configuration, and a pilot run. A one-time onboarding fee applies per territory (USD 15–25K depending on scope).
Pricing is flat per territory per month — whether your network has 50 reps or 5,000, the price doesn’t change. Plans start at USD 8K/month (Territory Pilot) and go up to USD 15K/month (Territory + Data Intelligence). A one-time setup fee applies. See full pricing → or contact us for a custom quote.
Data & Legal
Each client runs in an isolated multi-tenant environment. Verification data (photos, geo-tags, timestamps) is stored securely and only accessible to that client. Data is never shared between clients.
