By accessing or using the Play for Earth platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. Use of the Services by minors is not permitted.
Play for Earth provides a behavioral field execution platform that enables FMCG companies, distributors, and field agents to capture, verify, and analyze circular economy actions including packaging recovery, geo-validated field visits, and compliance documentation.

The accuracy and integrity of field data submitted through the platform is the responsibility of the submitting organization and its field agents. Play for Earth provides technical verification mechanisms (geo-validation, photo timestamping) but does not independently audit all submitted data. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their field agents submit accurate, truthful records.
All platform technology, software, algorithms, GTI methodology, design systems, and content are the proprietary property of Play for Earth. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform. Field data submitted by clients remains the property of the submitting organization, subject to Play for Earth's right to use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvement and benchmarking.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Play for Earth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate access to the Services with 30 days written notice. Play for Earth reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately in cases of material breach, including submission of fraudulent field data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
